(To return to our website, simply press the Back button on your browser.) Website not look quite right? If you have to scroll side-to-side to view our website (and others), your display resolution may be set lower then normal. It's easier to fix then it sounds! The instructions below will tell you step-by-step how to change your resolution. Please read them all before starting! Otherwise you might have trouble. Here's how to fix it: NOTE: These instructions are for Windows users only! If on Mac or Linux, please seek the help of a friend or co-worker who knows computers. 1. Right-click a blank spot on your desktop. (This means not on a folder or file icon, but rather a spot directly on your wallpaper.) 2. Select "Properties" at the bottom of the pop-up context menu. 3. Across the top of the window that opens is a bunch of tabs. Click the furthest one on the right named "Settings". 4. On the lower half, you should see a slider named "Screen Resolution" or "Screen area" (depending on your windows version). It most likely says 800x600 (or even 640x480) currently. Click and drag the slider to the right until the numbers say 1024x768. (If you have a wide-screen LCD, you will need to adjust accordingly, such as 1280x768.) 5. Once you are resting on the proper setting (usually 1024x768), click the "Apply" button. If prompted to restart, select "Apply settings without restarting" (or similar). The screen will flicker off for a second, then come back with the new resolution. If you can see the screen without any trouble, click OK to accept the changes. If for some reason you can't see anything or it looks blurry/scrambled, simply wait 15 seconds and it will return to what it was originally. NOTE: If you are unable to move the slider, you likely need to update the driver for your display adaptor and/or monitor. Please email the webmaster at the address below and he will do his best to help you! Assuming you accepted the changes, websites, including ours, should now look much better! You'll also notice other documents are easier to read and use, such as PDFs, Word Documents, etc. Have questions? Email the webmaster: websites@isc-unlimited.com with the subject of "Screen size".
